As part of this 22nd edition of the International Gourmet Festival, several talks and workshops will be held, focused on the new generations of cooks and foodies, hosted by true High Calibre Chefs. Let’s see what is it all about!
We know that sharing knowledge is one of the favorite activities of human beings by nature, and the culinary world is no exception, so every year we strive to transmit motivational messages for those who embark on this gastronomic adventure.
This year, the main theme of the culinary workshops will be: “Wine Pairing and Luncheon”, carried out in three sessions, with three fine and emblematic restaurants as stage.
The first session will be on Monday, November 14th at 9 am, in the famous “Café des Artistes”, where the great Chef Thierry Blouet, in the company of his Swiss guest chefs, Christian Krebs & Regina Melech will give the bases to dive into the world of pairing.
This workshop will continue on Tuesday, November 15th, at the same time, but in the ocean front “Coco Tropical” hosted by the iconic Chef Heinz Reize and his guest Chef José Luis Noriega, who will share his vast experience with the trainees, through the six hours that lasts this session.
To close the topic, a third session will take place on Thursday, November 17th, by Chef Hiroshi Kawahito, invited by the elegant Japanese restaurant “Mikado”, located in the exclusive Hotel Casa Magna Marriott Resort & Spa, in the heart of Marina Vallarta.
In addition, on Friday, November 18th, Chef Thierry Blouet will give a free talk aimed at students at the Technological University of Bahia de Banderas, which will be open to public in general from 10 am. Do not miss their best tips!
