Chef Sierra studied at the Ibero-American University, Le Cordon Bleu and the Baleares School of Tourism; he has been an Executive Chef for renowned international hotel corporations and is passionate about Spanish and Mexican cuisine. Today, he lends his talents to Andrea restaurant at Velas Vallarta.
He studied gastronomy at the Institute Alberghiero Artusi P. in Recoaro Terme, Italy. He worked as Specialty Chef for several hotel chains and restaurants in Los Cabos, Washington D.C., Portofino (Italy) and Venice. Currently, he is the Executive Chef of the restaurants Sagrantino and El Italiano of Guadalajara, Jalisco; both winners of the Star Diamond Award for four consecutive years.
