Jean Louis Peres

Chef Jean Louis Peres is originally from Saint Raphael in the “Côte D’Azur”, debuting in the restaurant “Vettard” of two Michelin stars in Lyon France, working in several countries like England, Greece, Switzerland and Mexico where he has worked as a chef in several chains such as Hilton, Camino Real and Posadas as Executive Chef and Food & Beverages Manager.
