The New Mexico
From Mexican origins & raised in the United States, his carreer started at the age of 17 years old in a familiar Italian restaurant, where also of discovered his passion found where he belong. After graduated from the CIA in New York, is selected as intership in El Bulli, Spain whith Ferran Adria as also be part of the team of the 3 Michelin stars Chef Jose Andres in the Hotel Chain SLS “The Bazaar by Jose Andres”, Beverly Hills.
Chef Branch was born in Mexico City early 80’s. His culinary experience is based upon hard work and dedication. He has worked along with awarded Chef Jean George at Market Restaurant, at The O&O Palmilla. Chef Branch has traveled along the world and shared knowledge and talent at COSME in NY and Don Manuel’s at Capella Pedregal.
Currently, he works at Herringbone Los Cabos Restaurant by Hakkasan Group at Vidanta Los Cabos.
