Do not miss the Festival’s Theme Nights!

Undoubtedly, theme nights give a special touch to the International Gourmet Festival and the 22nd edition will be no exception, here we anticipate a little of what awaits you next November. Book now!

The elegant La Casona restaurant, within Villa La Estancia Resort & Spa, located on the beautiful Flamingos Beach, Riviera Nayarit; invites all foodies to enjoy a unique fusion of the best of Mediterranean cuisine and the distinctive flavors of the Baja California peninsula, a culinary masterpiece entitled “Baja Med Mex Fusion” by Chef Candelario Leon. Saturday, November 12th, 8 pm.

A true classic in the festival, is the theme night at Restaurant Trio, this time, we have Chef Carlos Espinosa to spice up the night with his “Evolutive cuisine of my travels”, an unmissable opportunity to taste the best of Mexico, Latin America and Europe through this magnificent tapatío chef skills. Sunday, November 13, 8 pm.

In the romantic heart of Puerto Vallarta, there is a bit of Austria where you can expect a special demonstration of the fine cuisine of this beautiful alpine country, Chefs Johannes Weinberger and Lisa Zebedin, learners of the “Best Chef of Austria”, show us “The Martin Sieberer culinary art”. Tuesday, November 15, 8 pm at Kaiser Maximilian.

The iconic Chef Thierry Blouet delights us with two theme nights, each in one of his renowned restaurants: On Wednesday, November 16th the romantic Tuna Blanca is presenting “The New American cuisine with southwestern and eastern influence” in the hands of Taiwanese Chef Alan Huang.

For its part, the unmatched Café des Artistes brings us “Vegetarian cuisine – unlimited creativity” as its theme to be developed by Chef Christian Krebs and Regina Melech (sous chef), an exquisite demonstration of ingenuity and imagination, with the sophisticated atmosphere this beautiful place. Thursday, November 17th, 8 pm.

Another of the founders of the festival, Chef Heinz Reize, has invited his counterpart Jose Luis Noriega to present the “Mexican-Mediterranean Fusion” that has conquered diners of the most important resorts in our country, enjoy him on Friday November 18th, 8 pm at the traditional restaurant Coco Tropical.

Closing with a flourish, Deux Mec brings us the charismatic German Chef Andreas Fischer, this time the theme to develop will be: “Local Ingredients – European culinary arts”, through which, he will specialize in European cuisine prepared with the finest 100% Mexican ingredients. Sunday, November 20, 8 pm.
