For 22 years, the International Gourmet Festival is part of the gastronomic culture of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, distinguishing our double destination as the world capital of fine dining.
This has been achieved thanks to the initiative of renowned European chefs Thierry Blouet and Heinz Reize, who found in the beautiful Banderas Bay the perfect setting to merge their refined cuisine with the ingredients that this land offers.
The new millennium brought another great friend from the old continent, chef Roland Menetrey, conforming the dynamic Three Musketeers team, where everyone contribute with their enthusiasm and know-how achieved to carry out this event.
Much has changed in Puerto Vallarta for 22 years, the city and the flavors have evolved due to the greater influx of visitors from all corners of the world without losing its soul full of Mexican tradition, creating an infinite and delicious culinary universe.
In addition, we have witnessed the flourishing of thriving Riviera Nayarit, which attracts more international travelers with the most refined palate each year; contemplating its natural beauty is comparable to the feeling of any chef when his diners delight themselves by tasting his creations.
That’s why, both destinations share not only a fantastic bay, but the honor of showing the world what is possible with a little vision and a lot of heart.
