Isaac Esparza

Chef Esparza studied culinary arts at L’école des Chefs and participated in the ‘Les Toques Blanches’ Convention where he won first place in Mexican cuisine. During his career, he has worked with deconstruction techniques and contemporary cuisine, seafood and later Asian flavors, which led to his position as Executive Chef of restaurant Sen Lin at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Today, he is a worthy representative of Mexican Cuisine at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit for this exciting festival.

GUEST CHEF:
Roberto Sierra

Originally from Zihuatanejo, Guerrero. Chef Sierra’s passion for hospitality was inherited from his father, and his love of cooking from his mother and grandmother, starting when he played in the kitchen and made corn tortillas. He studied at the Presidente Hotel and later continued his career abroad in countries including Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and Venezuela. Today, he is the Head Chef of Frida restaurant in Los Cabos, where he transmits his passion for Mexico in each dish.
