Chef José Luis Noriega started his career in the golden age in Acapulco, at the famous restaurant Rivoli. In 1989 he was a member of the kitchen crew of Krystal Vallarta in the position as Executive Sous Chef.
It was in 1991 where he was appointed Executive Chef of Krystal Ixtapa, participating in the great success of the three restaurants Bogart’s; Puerto Vallarta, Cancun and Ixtapa. He traveled to Europe as a guest chef to develop Mexican Festivals at Arabela Hotel Frankfurt and Munich, at stores of “Corte Ingles” in Madrid and also at the Movenpick Hotel in Stuttgart. He graduated food and beverage manager, a position he exercised in various hotels of Holiday Inn and Quality Inn. Currently Chef Jose Luis teaches at the university and owns the renowned restaurant “La Gula” in Zihuatanejo.
