He studied Gastronomy at the Alberghiero Artusi Institute in Recoaro Terme in Italy. He loves traditional Italian food and mixes this cuisine with different cultures like Mexican and Asian. He worked as Specialty Chef for several hotel chains and restaurants in Los Cabos, Washington D.C., Portofino and Venice (Italy). Currently, he is the Executive Chef of the Sagrantino restaurants and El Italiano in Guadalajara, Jalisco; both winners of the Star Diamond Award for 4 consecutive years, and the Golden Fork by CANIRAC for Best International Restaurant.
