Óscar Casimiro Segundo is a chef originally from the State of Mexico with Native Mazahua roots.
He is currently developing a pop up project called “Ajumú, Taller de Cocina” (“Ajumu, Cuisine Workshop”) in which he seeks the research and conservation of local techniques and products from the state of Jalisco.
His great talent has made him part of the S.PELLEGRINO YOUNG CHEF 2018 semifinalists, where he will seek to crown himself as “The Best Young Chef in the World”.
