Originally from Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Chef Sierra’s passion for hospitality was inherited from his father, and his love of cooking from his mother and grandmother, starting when he played in the kitchen and made corn tortillas. He studied at the Hotel Presidente and later continued his career in countries including Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and Venezuela. Today, he is the Head Chef of restaurant Frida, where he transmits his passion for Mexico in each dish.
