Ambrosia & Le Cordon Bleu is where Chef Padua began his culinary experience. Hard work and consistency gave him the opportunity to learn from Chef Juan Mari Arzak as his Sous Chef where he improved in avant-garde culinary experience. After a long journey he now develops his knowledge as an Executive Chef in Cabo Villas Resort & SPA at The Baja, Mexico.
