Was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Studied in the Bahia de Banderas Thecnology University, Award by the Academie Culinaire de France , specialized in the french and mexican cuisine is Le Delice and La Catrina specialties restaurants at Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort Hotel. Started his carrier in Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta. and was the Executive Chef at Los Veneros in Punta Mita.
Hugo Arnaud Chef at Los Danzantes restaurant in the City of Oaxaca, was born in Uruapan, Michoacan, studied at the Culinary College of Morelia. Has being recognized with the Mexico´s Treasures award, the London´s Daily Mail named one of the best 25 restaurants in Mexico in 2015 and 2016.
