ALFREDO JIMENEZ ARRIZON
Chef Alfredo has gathered a panoramic view of flavors, products and recipes that make him a creative Chef. Originally from Puerto Vallarta; he began his culinary arts career at the Qualton Club & Spa Hotel under the guidance of Chef Abelardo Arrizon. Once he had acquired the techniques, he decided to join the Four Seasons. After a decade, he came back to develop the creations that we enjoy today at Marival Residences Luxury Resort with a variety of dishes, from fusion to signature cuisine.
Victor Hugo Aguilar
After a drastic change of direction in his education field, from Architecture to Gastronomy, Chef Victor Hugo Aguilar began his culinary education at the Hotel Camino Real with Chef Alejandro Heredia as his mentor. His passion for cooking led him to literary creation, with his great success “Sazones y Andanzas por el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México”. Currently, he is the Chef Manager at the UNAM Rectory, while collaborating on different projects like the restaurant ” La Casa de las Sirenas “.
