However the different specialties of this chef as well as being contemporary, are varied, it is a connoisseur of international cuisine as well as a born teacher in Mexican cuisine, which creates exquisite dishes full of traditional colors and flavors.

A brand that manages a cattle 100% Angus Black Ultra-Premium and is distinguished internationally for its Humanly Treat Certificate and their cautions technique of processing; he is the Mizrahi Meats Director, a consulting Company for restaurants and Chefs in the cities of Mexico, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cabo San Lucas and Playa del Carmen where he specializes in United States meat.
