Hugo Ahumada Domínguez
Born in Tepic Nayarit, Hugo Ahumada is a worthy example of the love and passion that can be transmitted through the kitchen. He worked for 16 years alongside chef Thierry Blouet and the last five years was the Executive Chef at Café des Artistes. He participated in important events and festivals, where he has been recognized for his culinary art. In 2011 he was chosen Chef of the Year by the Vatel Mexico Club. In 2013 he opens his restaurant Maia – Poetic Cuisine. He is currently Executive Chef at La Patrona Polo Club.
Gerardo Vazquez Lugo
Gerardo Vazquez rescues traditional Mexican cuisine with an artisan touch. The smells, flavors and presentations of his perfectly balanced dishes can be traced back to times and villages of yesteryear. The tradition of his restaurant Nico’s has been permanent since 1957. During this time it has offered quality and great experiences to its diners, supporting small producers of Mexico, using original ingredients of the recipes and respecting the traditions of Mexican cuisine.
