Bernhard Güth born in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany together his co-owner Ulf Henriksson native of Kalix, Sweden have made Trio a unique place with “Mediterranean Food Cooked With Love”. Chef Güth has a great passion for wines which are reflected in our extensive wine cellar as well Chef Ulf Henriksson love photography, exercise and healthy life style.
Born and raised on the Mexican Pacific coast in Colima since his early years Chef Hugo Angula felt attracted to the coast of Ensenada, his current home where he started his culinary career based on regional cuisine. Soon his deep love for working with the freshest seafood and local grown vegetables made him a stronghold for flavorful, fresh cooked food. Winner of different food competitions and festivals in Guadalupe Valley he was also invited as chef at Luciano Pavarotti’s Famous “Noche del Sol“ in Mexicali.
