The multi-award winning and multifaceted chef Thierry Blouet is also the enthusiastic and visionary founder of the Café des Artistes Group, which includes Cafe des Artistes by Thierry Blouet, a restaurant that showcases French cuisine inspired by Mexico and considered an icon in Puerto Vallarta; Café des Artistes Los Cabos located in the JW Marriot Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa; and the Mexican restaurant Tuna Blanca in Punta Mita, Nayarit. More than 25 years ago, the famous and sophisticated restaurant Café de Artistes in Puerto Vallarta was still just the dream of a young chef who, thanks to his exceptional talent and relentless pursuit of perfection and natural charisma, managed to turn it into reality in the heavenly Mexican destination.
Denise Shavandy is the Executive Chef at Cafe Modern, a restaurant within Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, in Dallas. Texas native, she has a wide range of experience in culinary arts serving as Executive Chef at Central Market in Southlake, Executive Chef Instructor at the TSTC Culinary Institute in Abilene and as Executive Chef at EatZi’s Market & Bakery in Dallas as well. She is also graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising with a Minor in Spanish.
