| Red Snapper with Miso glaze |

INGREDIENTS
• Red snapper filet 5oz bone less
• 4oz miso paste
• Soy sauce low SALT
• ½ brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 4 oz. bok-Choy
• 2oz fresh shiitakes
• 2oz peanut oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
PREPARATION
Heat pan with sesame oil, add garlic cook for 2min, add the sugar till camarleid sugar add miso and Soya sauce, reduce in half safe for used.
Filet the fish marinated for 2hr with peanut oil, garlic, ginger salt pepper, in pan add peanut oil sauté red snapper with skin down till golden brown adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. |
