Pablo Hildebrando Lopez Ortega
 
Pablo Lopez Ortega born in Mexico City, he discovered a taste for the kitchen from a young age attracted by cultural diversity in Mexico. Pablo most recently served as executive Chef of Las Marietas The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, named after three little islands along the Punta Mita coast, and oversees the restaurant’s authentic regional Mexican cuisine.
