for the presentation of “High Mexican Cuisine,” with
today’s Mediterranean, Caribbean, Asian and Continental
influences on its pre-Columbian and Colonial roots. All is
a feast for the senses - tortilla soup served in a novel way,
wondrously aromatic shrimp-stuffed mushrooms, mind bogglingly
moist grilled salmon, and arrachera that melts in your mouth
