Chef from Coahuila, His interest in cooking is thanks to his grandmothers, whose main heritage are the flavors that are still alive in every dish.
His respect for the ingredients and techniques come from various mentors Chef Geoffroy Maillard (1 Michelin star, Paris, France), Chef Guillermo G. Beristain (Pangea) and Chef Felipe Reynaga. Currently he leads the kitchen at Hacienda San Lorenzo

Chef originally from Tampico, since childhood he was interested in the kitchens. He has a travelled around the world cocking along great Chefs and teachers. Now he spent his time in charge of Velas Vallarta kitchens.
