After culinary school, he worked in different haute cuisine restaurants in Budapest. He started working at Platán, a Michelin Star winning restaurant, in 2015 as Sous Chef. He is very creative and strong in bistro-style foods.
Started his career in Germany, he has been working at Platán Restaurant since 2015 as Chef de Partie, he is a specialist of vegetarian foods and in fine dining style cooking. As a hobby, he bakes different types of bread.
Multi-award-winning and proud ambassador of French culture and culinary parties in Mexico, he is the owner-chef of Grupo Café des Artistes and creator of a unique concept of gastronomic elegance in Mexico.
Originally from Puerto Vallarta, she orchestrates the wonderful gourmet creations that conquer even the most demanding palate; her love for cooking, tenacity and 10 years of experience have led her to become Executive Chef of this world-class restaurant.
