Claudia Fossa studied gastronomy at Le Cordon Bleu Peru. After doing internships in Lima, he decided to leave the country to learn from the world culinary scene. It became an 11-year adventure that led her to work at the best Four Seasons hotels in Palm Beach, Doha-Qatar, Nayarit, Costa Rica and Los Angeles in Beverly Wilshire.
