Diego Hernández Baquedano
Born in Ensenada, Baja California, Diego Hernández studied in the Culinary Art School in Tijuana. He trained in México under chefs Benito Molina, Guillermo González and Enrique Olvera. In 2011 he joined with “La Villa del Valle” to open “Corazón de Tierra” restaurant in the Guadalupe Valley. His cuisine reflects a profound respect for nature by using his own crops as ingredients for different creations.
