Passionate for organic products, Hannon describes himself as organized, perfectionist, strong willed and temperamental; traits that have helped him develop his successful career as world renowned Executive Chef.
Juan Pablo Luna
Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Chef Juan Pablo Luna started his culinary trajectory at a very early age. He went onto study at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and finished top of his class. His passion towards the kitchen kept growing and got to compete internationally and to work as Chef at recognized restaurants like “Los Danzantes”. in his hometown Oaxaca. Later on, he was recruited as Executive Chef for Grupo La Palapa.
