Pedro Martín

Pedro was born in the Canary Islands, Spain and completed his studies in gastronomy in Tenerife. From that moment he became professionally involved with the greatest of gastronomy in Spain, such as Martín Berasategui, (three Michelin stars). In 2007 he arrived in Mexico City to command the Tezka Zona Rosa. Subsequently, moved by job aspirations, he ventures to the opening of his first restaurant: Jaleo Bar de Tapas, in which he recreated the authentic flavor of the neighborhood, located in the heart of Polanco

Jesús Vázquez López

Nacido en Ocotlán, Jalisco y apasionado de la cocina mexicana, así como del buen comer, se desempeñó desde los 14 años en fondas y taquerías de su ciudad natal, pero su apetito gastronómico lo llevó a realizar sus estudios en la Escuela Culinaria Internacional (ECI).

Ahora es socio fundador de la Asociación Restaurantera de Riviera Nayarit y miembro de la Academia Nayarita de Gastronomía, trabaja con empresarios, cocineros e investigadores del estado para poner en el mapa la biodiversidad de ingredientes que hay en ellos, y posicionar a Nayarit como destino gastronómico para México y el mundo.
