The old continent is represented by renowned chefs who have achieved great success in their countries of origin, as in the case of Chef Raymonde Wolff, from France who went from studying accounting to taking charge of her family’s wine business for over 20 years, which makes her an expert in French Cuisine and Pairing.

From Switzerland, the charismatic German Chef Andreas Fischer makes his way here, after conquering not only his co-nationals but also his neighboring Swiss diners from the best Michelin Star awarded restaurants throughout Europe.
