Global Flavors with a French Nuance
John Hogan began his career in the 80s, learning the art of French cuisine in some of the best restaurants in Chicago. He received high praise in the local and national press, including the “Chef’s favorite place to eat in Chicago” award. He opened his own French restaurant called “Savarin”. Chicago Tribune named Hogan as one of the “10 best chefs in Chicago.” In 2018 he was named Chef of the Year and entered the Chicago Chef’s Hall of Fame.
Chef Angel Morales
Originally from Guerrero, Chef Ángel started in the kitchen very young. He arrived in Puerto Vallarta just for the opening of River Café; his initial training was experimental, motivated to learn and grow; observing the work of renowned chefs who passed through the kitchen of the restaurant. Eventually, the directors recognized his effort and financed his career at the Instituto de Gastronomía Franco Mexicano.
