Tukipa’s menu changes seasonally highlighting fresh cuisine with the incredible abundance of ingredients from the region, the herbs and products grown in our own gardens. Originally from CDMX, graduated from Universidad Anáhuac and the Culinary Institute of America in NY. His gastronomic career includes teaching in the best universities in the country; publications in national and international print, radio and television media; and as executive chef in major hotel chains. He is currently executive chef and Director of F&B at Mundo Cuervo in Tequila, Jal. In charge of: Hotel Solar de las Ánimas, Villa Tequila, Hacienda Centenario and José Cuervo Express Train.
For the past 20 years, Chef Miguel Muñoz, from Guadalajara, has had the opportunity to explore his love for culinary arts both personally and professionally through travel, hard work and dedication. His professional career includes hotels of the Four Seasons chain and AM Resorts, where he has been in charge of personalizing his kitchen for the palates of great personalities. His experience led him to his appointment as Executive Chef of Imanta Resorts, featuring the seal of Relais & Chateaux.
